Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept claims for items that are received damaged, defective or misprinted. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color or style changes, or if you change your mind (“buyer’s remorse”).
If your package was returned due to an unclaimed delivery or incorrect address, we will reship it at your cost after you confirm the correct details.
